Ramachandra Swaminathan
He is an Electronics Engineer from UVCE, Bangalore, started his career at Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, Trivandrum as a Rocket Scientist for ten years and specialized in Control & Guidance, Automated Test Equipment and Quality Assurance. There after served as Vice President Sales and Marketing in a Multinational Distribution Company dealing in Semi-conductor devices for a couple of years.
He turned entrepreneur by founding D’gipro Group in 1987. D’gipro gained recognition as leading EDA solutions provider and pioneered VLSI training in the country, through association with niche VLSI, FPGA and system design / implementation tools. D’gipro trained over 1000 VLSI engineers for leading design houses such as ST-Micro-Electronics, TI-India, Philips India, IBM, Broadcom etc. Mr Ramachandra was awarded ‘Best Entrepreneur ‘by Government of India, and D’gipro was awarded ‘Preferred Partner ‘ by Defense Research and Development Organization.
He believes that the duty of a gentleman is to put back in to the world the equivalent or more of what he has taken out of it through Community service. He joined the Lions club of Bangalore East in 1999, held many positions and provided yeoman service to the community .
Mr. Ramachandra Swaminathan, currently as Executive Chairman at ICON Design Automation Pvt. Ltd. guides the enterprise, in providing ‘Proactive Solutions’ in Design, manufacturing, Test Automation and Quality Assurance for Aerospace and Defense Applications.

Mr.Basavaraju.P.Noolvi is currently Director having responsibility for Sales of the Product and Turnkey Solutions Groups.
Joined ICON as General Manager in 2000, guided the sales and technical support teams to implement a WIN WIN for Customers and ICON’s business partners or Principals. Comprehensively developed the market for the Microwave and RF EDA, Specifically products of AWR and COBHAM (Formerly Vector Fields), covering Defense and Aerospace Industries MNCs and various Indian organizations, in respective domains. Instrumental in adding several new EDA and Component lines and Partnerships through ‘never say die’ commitment and a cordial hands on relationship management.
An Electronics Engineer from Bangalore University, started his career as a Business Development of business for Opto electronic components, from Hewlett Packard (Now AVAGO), Samsung Display Devices, Lucent Specialty Optics. Thereafter was Sales Manager at W.L.Gore & Associates for their Electronic Product Division handling RF / Microwave Cable Assemblies, Aircraft Sealants and EMI Gaskets for Indian Aerospace customers for a couple of years.
